Xmas List

Here's the Christmas List I sent to my husband.  I doubt he'll get any of these things but, 1. He can't say I didn't give him ideas and 2. It's fun to make!

Failing

The last two weeks I have been pretty much failing at the whole Livefit thing.  Life is just getting in the way.  Plus, I weighed myself for the first time since week one (now technically on week 7) and I GAINED weight.  Not cool.  It put me off.  But, I'm going to get back on track!  I just ordered a crap load of protein from bodybuilding.com as well as, BCAAs and omega 3s.  I got Whey protein in vanilla and chocolate for day and slow release casein in chocolate cake batter for night/sleeping.
I should also say that I bought a bikini the other day, so there's no choice!  I either need to get a flat stomach or a baby bump, because fat stomach doesn't work with bikinis.  I'd show you a picture, but there doesn't seem to be one on Target's website and not a chance in hell I'm taking a picture in it yet!  Will you settle for a description?  It's pink and grey stripes, triangle top and bikini bottom.  The thing that really sold me was it's made of t-shirt material!  Super cute!

When did my arms get fat?

I got my pink Zara blazer in the mail today and all I can say is, "When did my arms get fat?"

Is it me, or do I have fat arms?  I ordered a medium blazer and it's definitely tight in the arms.  I'm pretty sure the biceps I once had just went straight to fat.  It's gross.
I didn't start the Jamie Eason 12 week Live Fit program yet, due to the kidney stone and a cold I'm still fighting, but I'm hoping I'm recovered enough to start by next week.  These fat arms are not working for me!

While looking for the pink blazer I came across the double breasted coat.  Love.  Unfortunately, the only sizes left are XS and LG!  Bummer.

I saw this blazer on Pinterest a few months ago and loved it but wasn't too keen on the price (I'm cheap, what can I say?).  Then tonight I was roaming the internet and came across it again.  It's not on the site, so I googled it and found it on Ebay for $17.99, I paid that plus $16 in shipping.  So, I got it for half the price I saw it for on the site a few months ago.  This is my first time purchasing clothing on Ebay, so let's hope I actually get what I paid for!

But, I just can't get over the $89 price tag!  Plus, I'm not sure I can pull off the length.  I don't wear heels (very rarely) so won't they look stupid with flats??  They are super cute though!  Am I the only one who thinks $89 for jeans is a lot?  What do you think?

Actually, I've been told I look like her.  Which I think is totally crazy, but I did have her body shape.  I'm getting it back!  Ten pounds by Nov. 11!  That's my goal.  That's like a month, I think I can do it.  And let's be honest, I don't really have a choice, all my clothes for work are too small!  Fun!

I saw this ad in the latest Harper's Bazaar while I was on the elliptical, talk about motivation!  The photo is on the site, but oddly, I couldn't find the pants in the Shop section?  I guess it doesn't matter anyway, because I probably would have to sell a kidney to afford them, but a girl can dream!  While I'm at it, I'm dreaming of an ass to go with them.  And P.S. I love the top as well.

I've lost my stride

Before going to Jamaica (way back in the beginning of June) I was really good about going to the gym.  Not anymore.  I've realized I don't do well with the gym unless I have a direct goal in mind (wedding, vacation) and apparently "so I won't be a fat mom" doesn't work when I'm not even pregnant.  I would like to lose weight and gain muscle, but I also really like my couch.  It's a problem.  The goal is to start getting up and doing am cardio, so far this week it hasn't happened, but tomorrow's another day.  So, in the meantime, I'm going to pretend I'm buying myself all new workout clothes!

Uggs!

I used to think Uggs were a total waste of money.  I mean really, over $100 for a pair of boots, when I could get ones for a lot less that looked the same?  That is, until my husband bought me a pair for Christmas last year.  I'm totally sold now.  If I could wear them everyday, I would!  Since getting my tall grey Uggs, I've recently purchased the Gypsy flip flops.  Got them on clearance at DSW and with a coupon for $26!

Next, I'd like to buy the Ugg mini.  I know they are no longer made, but you can still find them online.

And then maybe after that I'll go for these!

So, fleece not a good idea?

I really love these pants, but they are fleece, so can I not workout in them?  I think I might buy them anyway.  They are on sale for $19.99 and I found a code for 25% off one item, so one is $14.99, so with shipping I can get the grey and pink for $41.98, not bad, right?  I mean, I'm super cheap, but that seems like a good deal to me.
